Black Women Voters' Legacy, launched in 2021 is the independent expenditure only program of Madam for America that works to educate and mobilize Black women voters on behalf of our candidates. The Black Women Voters' Legacy program combines voter contact by telephone, texting, social media, mailing, polling and research, message testing, and other data and technology to mobilize women voters throughout the Midwest.
