The Black & Pink National Bail Fund enables our system of bail support, which often includes more than just paying bail. At Black & Pink, we provide wrap-around support services, because we know that our members often need access to a myriad of resources. Our National Bail Fund supports people in making their bail, and then in accessing resources like shelter and food. Additionally, bail procedures differ based on jurisdiction: Some jurisdictions return bail directly to Black & Pink, while others return it directly to the person we bailed out. As we are not in the business of policing our people or their needs, we do not ask for that money back.
