BWEL is a grass roots organization dedicated to the re-election of Barack Obama in 2012. In the 2008 election, we played a pivotal role, especially in the southeast, canvassing and volunteering, and we plan to do so in the months leading up to the 2012 election as well.
We are the mothers, the daughters, the wives, the teachers, and the providers who believe that our nation is STILL in need of a leader who will fight to bring stability back to our families, opportunity back to the masses, and hold greedy corporations responsible for their destructive practices.
We believe that without schools that produce productive, educated citizens, our nation will not maintain its leadership position in the world. We believe that it is imperative that we have a healthy nation, one where all of its people can look forward to access to the greatest health care system in the world, where fear of how you will pay for your medication should not have to compete with how you’ll feed your family.
We're in need of donations to fund GOTV efforts in each of the 20 states where we currently have state chapters, which include Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Georgia, Texas, Oregon and Washington State.

- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
