The Black Legislative Leaders Network (BLLN) exists to ensure that Black state legislative leaders have the resources, relationships, and policy expertise necessary to lead effectively and advocate for the communities they serve.

BLLN brings together Black Speakers of the House, Senate Presidents, Minority Leaders, Committee Chairs, and other legislative leaders from across the country to develop solutions to the nation's most pressing challenges. Through policy summits, legislative caucuses, field hearings, leadership development programs, and strategic partnerships, we are building a stronger pipeline of informed, effective leadership at the state level.
