- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- The address I have provided is my home address.
- I am not making this contribution on behalf of a corporation, LLC, or union.
- I am a United States citizen.
- This contribution is not from a corporation or labor union.
I acknowledge that I will not have any proceedings involving a sole procurement contract or grant before the San Diego County Board of Supervisors in the next (12) months following this contributions if this contribution exceeds $250.00.
