Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions and gifts to Blue Senate Candidate Fund are not tax deductible.
Contributions to Blue Senate Candidate Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions from persons (“P”) and multicandidate committees (“PAC”) will first be allocated evenly between Jon Ossoff for Senate, Cooper for North Carolina, Friends of Sherrod Brown, Chris Pappas for Senate, Alaskans for Mary, Talarico for Texas, Josh Turek for Iowa, and Troy Jackson for Maine (each a “Candidate”) up to $7,000 (P) and $10,000 (PAC) per Candidate. The first $3,500 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to each Candidate will be designated for the primary election; next $3,500 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) for the general election. If a Candidate’s primary election has occurred, the first $3,500 (P) and (PAC) $5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $44,300 (P) and $15,000 (PAC) will be allocated to DSCC’s general fund; next $265,800 (P) and $90,000 (PAC) to the DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund, up to the legal limits.
Contributions or gifts to Blue Senate Candidate Fund are not tax deductible. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting zamore@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
