For Kamala Harris to win the election, it's imperative that Blacks turn out at very high levels and overwhelmingly support the Democratic ticket. However, polls show that Harris’s level of support among Black voters has yet to reach Biden’s 2020 margin of 91%.
Based in Philadelphia, One PA is working to mobilize and persuade Black voters to support Democrats in the most important battleground state this year. Its voter outreach targets the five most heavily Black counties in Pennsylvania. Its organizers are knocking on thousands of doors and contacting voters by text and phone.
