Your donation will be split between George Whitesides, Adam Gray, Derek Tran, Dave Min, CA22 Nominee Fund, CA41 Nominee Fund, and Blue Wave California.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Blue Wave California Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $28,000/$40,000 of each contribution from an individual/PAC will be allocated evenly between Adam Gray for Congress; George Whitesides for Congress; Derek Tran for Congress; and Dave Min for Congress. The first $3,500/$5,000 of an individual/PAC’s contribution to each candidate will be allocated for use in the candidate’s primary election and the next $3,500/$5,000 will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election. The next $7,000/$10,000 of each contribution from an individual/PAC will be allocated evenly between CA-22 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund and CA-41 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund with the first $3,500/$5,000 of the individual/PAC’s contribution allocated for use in the general election. The next $5,000/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/PAC will be allocated to Blue Wave California.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ldecot@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
