Blueline helps progressive organizations recruit talented staff.
Our competitive fellowship program will identify top talent and match them with mission-driven employers right after Election Day. Fellows will complete a year-long fellowship with their Host organization and receive career development and mentorship from Blueline. It’s a win-win for employers and for staff: employers gain quick access to top-tier talent to drive projects in their organizations, and staffers retain employment and have a path to build a long-term career fighting for the causes they believe in.
