- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

Contributions to Gallego for Arizona are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions are limited to $5,000 per PAC for the general election and $3,300 per individual for the general election. Contributions from the general treasury funds of corporations, labor unions, and national banks are prohibited. Federal contractors and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence in the United States are prohibited from making contributions. All contributions must be from personal funds and may not be reimbursed or paid by any other person.

On June 8, 2022, Swing Left will allocate all funds equally among the Democratic candidates for Congress who are running in a district that is (1) located in the state of California; and (2) rated as “Lean Democratic”, “Lean Republican” or “Toss-Up” by Cook Political Report on June 8, 2022. If there is a Democratic nominee already declared, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of June 8, 2022. If not, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of a Democratic nominee being declared. If no Democratic nominee is declared, or if the district is subsequently drawn out of the map due to redistricting, the allocated funds will be reallocated among the other districts in California that meet the criteria above. If no districts meet both criteria above on June 8, 2022, the donated funds will go to Swing Left.

On June 15, 2022, Swing Left will allocate all funds equally among the Democratic candidates for Congress who are running in a district that is (1) located in the state of Nevada; and (2) rated as “Lean Democratic”, “Lean Republican” or “Toss-Up” by Cook Political Report on June 15, 2022. If there is a Democratic nominee already declared, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of June 15, 2022. If not, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of a Democratic nominee being declared. If no Democratic nominee is declared, or if the district is subsequently drawn out of the map due to redistricting, the allocated funds will be reallocated among the other districts in Nevada that meet the criteria above. If no districts meet both criteria above on June 15, 2022, the donated funds will go to Swing Left.
Donations will be held by Swing Left until May 18, 2022, one day after the Democratic primary in Pennsylvania. On May 18, 2022, Swing Left will allocate all funds equally among the Democratic candidates for Congress who are running in a district that is (1) located in the state of Pennsylvania; and (2) rated as “Lean Democratic”, “Lean Republican” or “Toss-Up” by Cook Political Report on May 18, 2022. If there is a Democratic nominee already declared, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of May 18, 2022. If not, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of a Democratic nominee being declared. If no Democratic nominee is declared, or if the district is subsequently drawn out of the map due to redistricting, the allocated funds will be reallocated among the other districts in Pennsylvania that meet the criteria above. If no districts meet both criteria above on May 18, 2022, the donated funds will go to Swing Left.

On March 2, 2022, Swing Left will allocate all funds equally among the Democratic candidates for Congress who are running in a district that is (1) located in the state of Texas; and (2) rated as “Lean Democratic”, “Lean Republican” or “Toss-Up” by Cook Political Report on March 2, 2022. If there is a Democratic nominee already declared, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of March 2, 2022. If not, Swing Left will distribute the corresponding funds within 10 days of a Democratic nominee being declared. If no Democratic nominee is declared, or if the district is subsequently drawn out of the map due to redistricting, the allocated funds will be reallocated among the other districts in Texas that meet the criteria above. If no districts meet both criteria above on March 2, 2022, the donated funds will go to Swing Left.
