BuildTheWave.org is an organization that texts Democratic voters in key swing districts. They sent 800,000+ texts in 2018 alone, from over 2,000 volunteers. This included 90,000 texts for Conor Lamb, 170,000 texts for Danny O'Connor, and 300,000 texts for the Florida Democratic Party. 1) Amy McGarth (KY-6): within 0.3 points.
2) Dan McCready (NC-9): within 0.1 points.
3) Debbie Mucarsel Powell (FL-26): the only race in the country where the prediction is a PURE TOSSUP with a prediction under 0.1 points!
