Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Warnock for Georgia are not tax deductible.
The first $3,300 from an individual and the first $5,000 from a PAC will be designated for the primary election. Any amount above $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $3,300 from an individual and $5,000 from a PAC will be designated for the general run-off election.
Contributions and gifts to Blue Senate Candidate Fund are not tax deductible.
Contributions to Blue Senate Candidate Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first 10% of each contribution will be allocated to Blue Senate PAC. The remaining 90% will be allocated evenly between Montanans for Tester, Friends of Sherrod Brown, Rosen for Nevada, and Tammy Baldwin for Senate (each, a “candidate”).
For all candidates the first $3,300/$5,000 of a person/multicandidate committee’s contribution to each candidate will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election; however, if a candidate’s primary election has already occurred, the first $3,300/$5,000 will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
