Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Under federal election law individuals may contribute a maximum of $3,300 for the general election. Under federal election law PACs may contribute a maximum of $5,000 for the general election. Federal law also requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
Contributions or gifts to “Bob Casey for Senate” are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Only personal, partnerships, and political action committee checks please, we are unable to accept any corporate funds.
Candidates for U.S. Senate and House are only soliciting $2,700 from individuals and $5,000 from multi-candidate federal PACs on behalf of Tom Wolf for Governor. These candidates are not soliciting funds in excess of that amount, nor are they soliciting any funds from corporations, labor unions, or other federally prohibited sources. Such contributions will not be accepted here.
