Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Blumenthal Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions or gifts to Blumenthal Victory Fund are not tax-deductible.
The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Blumenthal for Connecticut and designated to the 2028 Convention election. The next $3,500 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Blumenthal for Connecticut and designated to the 2028 General election. The final $5,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Nutmeg PAC.
A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
