Contribute to Democrats in the stretch U.S. Senate races

I'm going to be as clear and blunt with you as I can about Democratic chances to keep control of the U.S. Senate.

The good news:

Democrats are in a very strong position to win 45 seats in the 2024 Senate elections, as we have leads of 7% or more in enough states to reach that number. (See all U.S. Senate polls)
Further, Democrats are in a good position to win 48 seats, as we have leads of about 4-5% in enough states to do that. (The three extra seats in this category are Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin)
In fact, when combined with Independents, Democrats actually have leads of any margin in 50 seats, as Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown also holds a narrow lead in Ohio, and Independent Dan Osborn leads in almost all polls in Nebraska.

The not so good news:

50 seats is not enough to have a majority in the U.S. Senate. You need one more.
Tim Walz could provide that 51st vote via tiebreakers, but the presidential race looks like a toss-up.
Dan Osborn is an independent, and even if he wins it is most definitely not a guarantee that he will caucus with Democrats.

The solution

We need to find one or two more states where Democrats can win.
There are three states–Florida, Montana and Texas–where Democrats trail by between 4-6% according to the 538 polling averages (see Florida, Montana and Texas).
While all three states are a bit of a stretch right now, if we can gain just 2-3% in these states–which is eminently doable–then they are move into the range of normal error in polling averages.
