Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions or gifts to Bob Harvie Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
Contributions to Bob Harvie Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, the first $3,500 will be allocated to Bob Harvie for Congress for the general election. The next $5,000 will be allocated to 1681 PAC. Any additional amount, up to $10,000, will be allocated to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.
For each contribution from multicandidate PACs, the first $5,000 will be allocated to Bob Harvie for Congress for the general election. The next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to 1681 PAC. Any additional amount, up to $5,000, will be allocated to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting harvie@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
