Stop Republican Indoctrination
Conservatives are trying to indoctrinate our kids. Just this month, they:
- Banned “Maus,” a book about the Holocaust in McMinn County
- Announced that they will use taxpayer money to bring Koch-funded, far-right Hillsdale College charter schools to Tennessee
- Held a massive book burning in Mt. Juliet, burning books like Harry Potter and Twilight
- Pushed to ban an educational book about seahorses for being “too sexy"
This is incredibly dangerous. Tennessee Republicans don’t just care about tax cuts, they never did — they want to control the minds of the next generation with their extremist ideology, and they want to do it unchallenged. Thank you for your support as we work to elect Democrats who will fight back against these dangerous Republicans.
