Donate to the Boxborough Democratic Town Committee Scholarship Fund

The Boxborough DTC has established a scholarship for a Boxborough senior graduating from Acton-Boxborough High School.

We have committed to $500 for 2025.

Please donate to help us finance the scholarship.

Monies raised will ONLY be used to fund the scholarship.

Any amount raised in excess of $500 will be committed to the 2026 scholarship fund.

The Boxborough Democratic Town Committee Scholarship will be presented to a Boxborough student who has displayed significant commitment to and involvement in their community and the cause of social justice. The individual shall have demonstrated qualities of compassion, integrity, leadership, and service through activities enhancing the conditions of those in need and protecting the rights of the marginalized in our society. Preference may be given to a student who is pursuing a degree in public service, politics, government, or education. 

The 2025 scholarship is presented in memory of Anne K. Canfield. Anne loved the town of Boxborough, working and volunteering tirelessly over the years in many capacities, including serving on the Boxborough Democratic Town Committee, as well as on the Select Board, Council on Aging, School Committee, Finance Committee, and working at the polls.
