BrayFest 2025 - Loud Voices for Democracy, High Energy for Change

Join us for BrayFest 2025


Payne County Democrats are excited to bring together every day Oklahomans and candidates who truly work for the good of the people.


This event is a free speech celebration rally for righteous causes, change agent candidates where anyone who is looking for community, the chance to be heard and the chance to listen honestly to others who want to make the world a better place is welcome to attend.


Tickets are $5 per person and $10 per household.

Every dollar you give helps elect candidates who will stand up for:

  • Working people and rural Oklahomans
  • Free and fair elections
  • Strong public schools
  • Affordable healthcare
  • Equality and justice under the law


We'll start off the event with a rally of introductions and short speeches from candidates who are running for election or re-election in 2025 and 2026. As open mic performers take the stage, candidates will be stationed at tables around the gallery so that attendees can easily find the leaders they want to talk to and discuss their thoughts and questions. Candidates will then mingle in with attendees as Open Mic speeches and performances give everyday people a chance to speak up.


Some musical and spoken word performances will be pre-selected to allow for a smooth program. All Open Mic performers will check in with the MC at the stage entrance to get on the performance roster. Free speech performers are entrusted with the power of their own words and the integrity of how that power is put to use with the expectation that we are all speaking up in a spirit of integrity, truth, hope and finding common ground, sharing ideas and kindly understanding differences.
