Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Brooks Cognetti Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will be split equally between Bob Brooks for Congress and Paige for PA (each a “candidate”). However, to the extent that an allocation would cause a contributor to exceed the applicable contribution limit to either committee, any amount in excess of the applicable contribution limit will instead be allocated to the other participant until the maximum contribution limit is reached. For all candidates, the first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be designated for the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting cognetti@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
