The Brown County Democrat is a community newspaper featuring news and commentary from members of the Democratic Party of Brown County. It’s latest issue had a circulation of 100 homes across the county.


Upcoming issue: Spring 2022 will include our voter guide to local elections. Members receive a complimentary copy. If you can’t join the party, you can still receive a copy of the issue with a $15 donation.


Want to place an ad? The Brown County Democrat has ad space available for its Spring 2022 issue. You can buy an ad to promote your business, candidate or organization, or to memorialize a friend, family member, or local leader.


  • $35 donation = small ad, business card size, 3.5 x 2 in
  • $75 donation = large ad, quarter page, 12 x 2.5in

The name The Brown County Democrat pays tribute to a newspaper first published in the county a century ago. We are proud to keep a local tradition going and share the voices of our community.
