John R. “Buster” Brown is a longtime Plano attorney running for Collin County Judge.


Collin County is growing rapidly, and Buster believes county government must plan ahead for the roads, water, public safety, mental-health services, and infrastructure that growth requires. His approach is practical: set priorities, budget responsibly, support law enforcement with the resources they need, and make sure taxpayers get value for every dollar spent.


After a career spent listening, solving complicated problems, and helping people find practical solutions, Buster is running to bring experienced, steady leadership to Collin County government.
