Lydia X. Z. Brown is a Baltimore County resident with over 15 years of experience as a community organizer and disability advocate. They have worked as an adjunct professor, special education lawyer, nonprofit leader, and disability and tech policy expert -- work that has brought them to schools, prisons, and libraries as well as the highest halls of government.
