Blue Star Gala at the Historic Penn Center

Join the Beaufort County Democratic Party and special guests for the Blue Star Gala fundraising dinner, taking place the evening of Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the historic Penn Center on St. Helena Island.


The BCDP's annual gala is an opportunity for Democrats to gather in solidarity and celebration, to honor the hard work and commitment of our volunteers and supporters, enjoy the special guest speaker and dine on delicious, seasonal Gullah offerinfgs.

The Blue Star Gala is also crucial to funding the Beaufort County Democratic Party's annual budget and mission of supporting Democratic candidates and values. We are in the fight for democracy, and we must not stand down. Your sponsorship is critical to funding our work.

The Blue Star Gala cocktail reception will begin at 5:30 pm. The cocktail reception includes wine, beer, or cocktails, charcuterie, photo line, and fantastic networking opportunities


The Blue Star Gala dinner program will begin at 6:30 pm. The program will include a special guest speaker, the True Blue Awards ceremony, and a silent auction. A seasonal Gullah dinner will be served by local St Helena chefs. Cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks will be available.


Recommended attire is cocktail or semi-formal.
