One of the most effective ways to defend democratic institutions is to support candidates committed to free and fair elections, the rule of law, and peaceful democratic governance. All these candidates* have already won their primaries* and are now competing in must-win general-election races that will help determine the future direction of the US Senate and governorships around the country in November.


Early contributions are especially valuable because campaigns can put them to work immediately reaching voters, building infrastructure, and preparing for the months ahead.

Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  6. This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
  7. I am not an employee of the Ohio public office for which the recipient of my contribution is a candidate.
  8. I am a United States citizen.
An individual may contribute up to $3,500 and a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) may contribute up to $5,000 to Talarico for Texas. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the general election. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Persons are prohibited from making contributions in the name of another person. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions and gifts to Talarico for Texas are not tax-deductible. Talarico for Texas does not accept corporate PAC contributions.
