David Hogg, at just 25 years old, is the youngest Vice Chair in DNC history. He also serves as President of Leaders We Deserve, a PAC committed to electing young, next-generation leaders to state and federal legislatures. Hogg first rose to national prominence as a youth activist for gun violence prevention after surviving the 2018 Parkland shooting, co-founding March For Our Lives and helping spark one of the largest youth-led movements in American history.
