Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows:
All contributions will be split evenly between Adam Gray for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, CA-22 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund, CA-48 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund, and Blue Wave California’s Contribution Account. The maximum contribution from an individual is $26,000. The maximum contribution from a multicandidate committee is $35,000. Corporate or otherwise federally impermissible funds will be deposited into Blue Wave California’s Non-Contribution (Carey) Account and will not be used to make federal contributions.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
