I'm Running for Re-Election

Since my first election as Register of Wills, my top priority has been to provide compassionate, efficient, and reliable service to families going through the toughest time in their lives – losing a loved one. I’ve also made reforming estate administration a cornerstone of my time in office – making it fairer, faster, less expensive, and more equitable for all Marylanders. Even in the midst of a pandemic, my team and I have been there for people when they needed it most, and we’ve never taken our eye off the ball working to make this process easier for grieving families. Last year we received another perfect audit from the State of Maryland and this year I oversaw our relocation to the new courthouse where we were open for business on time on Day 1.

 

Over the past 11 years I’ve shown what effective, innovative leadership can do for the people of our county and our state. I’m running for re-election to continue a tradition of excellence and a pursuit of fairness and equity for all.
