CADC Membership

Welcome! To become a new member or renew your membership, please do the following: 


Select the membership rate that applies to you. If you are purchasing membership for a couple or family, please include all names of each joining member in the provided field, along with the membership type you have selected:


Our Membership Types & Rates:


  • Individual: $25.00
  • Couple in same household: $35
  • Family: $35.00 + $10.00 for each person beyond two
  • Seniors (62 or older): $15.00
  • Students: $15.00 
  • Senior Couples: $25.00
  • Volunteers Only: $0 (high school or college students working on a specific campaign)

 

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
