I'm Calvin Duncan and I spent more than 28 years in prison for a crime I didn't commit - in part because the New Orleans Clerk of Criminal Court's Office refused to give me the records I needed to challenge my wrongful conviction.

In 2025, I ran for Clerk and the people of New Orleans overwhelmingly elected me to fix the office that has harmed so many of our loved ones and neighbors.

Now, Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry and his lackeys in the legislature are trying to eliminate my position. But we won't let them overrule the will of the people. With your support, we can fight back and show them what democracy really looks like!
