TN House Minority (Democratic) Leader, State Representative Karen Camper represents the 87th District in the TN House of Representatives. In 2019, Karen became the first African-American leader of the Tennessee House Democratic caucus.


Prior to entering public office, Leader Camper worked as an intelligence officer in the US Army before retiring in 2000.
