Support our campaign to stop evictions and cancel rent
Late Monday evening, the eviction moratorium was extended until August 5th This is welcome news to the thousands of families experiencing COVID related joblessness who were at risk of eviction.
However, this extension just kicks the can down the road. New York needs a permanent solution, otherwise, this uncertainty will just repeat itself in a few weeks. We need to do more than just delay evictions, we need to Cancel Rent!
