Quizzo with The Candidate
When the campaign team asked me what my friends like to do so we could plan a fundraiser specifically for support from folks I know (closely and peripherally), I thought, a lot of my friends like to play games. And after a minor banter about a games night, we were all kinda like, "Duh, Quizzo."
So come enjoy the thing that was one of the first social things I did when I moved to Williamsport in 2010, and one of my side-hustles since 2019 which I love so much.
This is a night of fun + beverages + gift baskets + TRIVIA at New Trail (Also beer I love).
As a woman, I'm gonna have to hustle twice as hard as the men to get my name in enough people's minds to get on City Council, so here are the things we're raising money for:
- Swag (magnets, note pads, t-shirts) ~$1,000
- Billboard(s) for the Month of October ~$1,600
- Yard Signs ~$550/100
- Outreach to vulnerable communities (who are frequently under-represented in government) ~$800
- More T-shirts ~$500
Obviously we're not hoping to raise all of this money from this one fundraiser, but we wanted to let you know what you're helping us do by coming out to play.
