Candidate Processing Fee (Individual)
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING:
All candidates who seek the endorsement of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party must complete the LACDP Application for Consideration of Endorsement, and pay the appropriate administrative filing fee.
$75 for races outside the City of Los Angeles
$150 for races within the City of Los Angeles & Judicial Races
This form is for payment submitted as an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR, not a campaign account. If paying via a campaign account, please email Annie@lacdp.org for the link to the correct form.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Federal law requires us to use the best efforts to obtain the information on this page. Funds raised support the Los Angeles County Democratic Party - Federal Account. Contributions to the Los Angeles County Democratic Party are not deductible for income tax purposes. Individual contributions up to the $5,000 annual federal limit will be deposited into LACDP's Federal Account.
