Exxon and the Koch Brothers are on the attack

For weeks, the Koch Brothers and their allies have been using their old playbook to go after the Green New Deal: spread misinformation about the policy and buy off politicians so they don’t back it.

This week, they stepped up their attacks against us. On Tuesday, a staffer from a Koch Brothers and Exxon-funded think tank called Capital Research Center stormed our office and demanded that we give them our tax returns.

They are running scared. They see the movement we are building and know that it threatens everything they stand for. They know they’re losing the battle in the public; now they are resorting to bullying tactics to try to destroy our movement.

Chip in to support Sunrise today as we fight back against these attacks and continue to hold our politicians accountable to real solutions to the climate crisis.
