- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- Charitable donations made through this form are received and processed by ActBlue Civics, Inc., a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization formed to democratize charitable giving, and are subject to ActBlue’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The merchant of record for this transaction is ActBlue Civics, Inc. We subsequently give your contribution to the organization or cause that you have selected on the contribution form within 30 days. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions or gifts to Mark Kelly Victory Fund are not tax deductible. All contributions to Mark Kelly Victory Fund will be split equally among all participants. Liftoff PAC may receive up to $5,000 per calendar year from all sources. Mark Kelly for Senate may receive $7,000 of each contribution from a person and $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”). The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The Arizona Democratic Party may receive up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a PAC each calendar year.
A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
