Legal
CARECEN offers comprehensive legal services for the immigrant community. Services include DACA Renewal, TPS Work Permit Requests, Citizenship Preparation, Deportation Defense, and more. At CARECEN, most consultations are free and we are committed to providing universal representation. By donating today, you'll be supporting fair and humane representation for immigrants in need.
Organizing & Advocacy
CARECEN provides a safe space for youth and parents through their leadership programs. Programs include College Head Start, ELAC College credit courses, Youth Leadership, Parent Council, and more. At CARECEN, we aim to empower youth and adults to advocate for their rights and participate in civic engagement on issues that affect their community.
Day Labor Center
CARECEN operates a Day Labor Center that provides a safe environment for day laborers to match with potential employers for services and skilled labor. We provide this center and service at no cost to both parties. Our center exists to combat workplace abuse, unfair wages, and unsafe workplace conditions that day laborers often are vulnerable to.
