ABOUT CARLOS:


Mr. Carlos Da Silva is a state auditor with the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. He has experience in contract negotiations, business development, and facilities operations. Equally important to Mr. Da Silva is his community involvement: He is a member of the Hingham School Committee, Brockton Area NAACP, Vice President of the Hingham Sons and Daughters of Italy, a state committeeman with the Massachusetts Democratic Party, and serves on the Hingham Net Zero and Climate Action Committees. With his broad experience, he has unique insight into how the county can foster more profitable and innovative partnerships.
