Stand with Aunty Carol for Maui County Council
Aloha! I’m Carol Lee Kamekona, a retired 22-year U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve veteran, and a mother of seven. I am running for the Kahului council seat because our local government has lost sight of the working families it was built to serve.
Watching six of my children follow in my footsteps to become military veterans is one of my proudest accomplishments. But like so many local families, I know the heartbreak of being priced out; today, none of my children can afford to live here in Hawaii.
If elected, I will bring discipline and accountability to the County Council. I am fiercely committed to:
I refuse to be bought by corporate developers. I answer to Maui's families.
We are a grassroots movement relying on everyday folks to help us cut through the noise. Will you stand with me and chip in $10, $25, or $50 today to help us win this November!
Mahalo for your trust and your support!
NOTE: The Hawaiʻi Campaign Spending Commission has increased the maximum donation amount for County Council candidates to $2,000 per donor this election year. Your generosity is appreciated.
