C.A.S.E. is led by mothers with a common interest to change the current conditions of people with limited resources and promote the message of "We The People" to harness power and create opportunity. We are asking for support from American citizens who have an interest in challenging government policies and practices of child welfare, juvenile justice, public education, criminal justice, and health and mental health systems of government that are reaping poor outcomes for vulnerable citizens.
