Dr. Bitting is the Coroner of Arapahoe County (appointed in July 2026 by the Board of Arapahoe County Commissioners), a Forensic Pathologist (Board Certified by the American Board of Pathology), and has worked at the Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office for over eight years performing forensic autopsies and testifying in criminal cases for the 18th Judicial District Attorneys Office.
