Cassette Show for Samantha Kattan!

We're throwing a show on Thursday May 14th at Cassette featuring live performances by Wendy Eisenberg, Grumpy, and Tracey Nelson. Beach Fossils and Winter will be Djing. 

The show will support our neighbor and comrade Samantha Kattan - a first-generation daughter of immigrants, a parent, a tenant organizer, and a democratic socialist running to represent District 37 in the New York State Legislature.

Our goal for the night is to raise $3,000 for her campaign. So please, join us! Your ticket purchase is a donation to Samantha's campaign. If you are a resident of Assembly District 37, your donation up to $250 will be matched by public funding by 8-12 times*.

After over a decade of organizing tenants, Samantha is stepping up to take our socialist movement to Albany. Along with fourteen other socialists running for office in NYC this spring, she is fighting to protect workers, tenants, and immigrants, deliver universal child care and free buses, and tax the rich. Our movement will build a New York where the people who make our city run can afford to live, stay, and thrive.
