I am Cathy Moon, a proven leader on a national level at the US Postal Service HQ in Washington, DC, with 30 years of public service experience in Marketing, Operations, Logistics, national policy development, and managing a budget of $280M. My husband and I also operated a small business after moving to Florida to be near our granddaughter.

I was deeply inspired by educators in my early years, earned a BA degree in health and safety education, and a master’s degree in business administration. I will advocate for the marginalized communities in Flagler so that EVERY student can thrive.
