Contribute $60.2 in celebration of AB 602, which will make it easier to build smaller, more affordable homes by requiring impact fees to scale with the size and scope of housing projects.
Contribute $100 in celebration of SB 10, which will allow cities to easily legalize buildings with 3 - 10 homes in non-sprawl areas.
Contribute $478 in celebration of SB 478, which will prevent cities from using technicalities like floor-area ratios to block multi-family housing.
