The Carroll County Democratic Central Committee is proud to host our annual dinner "Blue Wave Rising"


The tide is turning and the momentum is building here in Carroll! For the first time in a long time, Democrats are stepping forward, showing up on the ballot, and giving our community a real opportunity to move forward together. Blue Wave Rising is a chance to celebrate that momentum and recognize the courage it takes to run, organize, and believe in a better future.

This evening is about pride, progress, and the energy that comes when people stand up for what they believe in. The wave is rising—and it’s something worth celebrating together. WE HOPE YOU CAN JOIN US!
