All Clark County Washington residents who are registered voters and declare their affiliation with the Democratic Party are considered to be Democrats and are eligible to become members of the Clark County Democratic Central Committee (CCDCC).
Dues paying members are those individuals who pay an annual due of an amount to be determined by the CCDCC Executive Committee and approved by the CCDCC body ($20.00). Dues will be for an annual period from January 1st through December 31. For this period, all new memberships will run from date of sign-up after August 1st, 2021 through December 31st, 2022.
Dues paying members shall have the same voting privileges as Elected, Appointed, and Acting PCOs (CCDCC BYLAWS - 3.2.1 a, b, c) with the exception of voting during reorganization meetings, voting to replace elected democratic officials, amendments to organizational bylaws, and in the replacement of CCDCC Executive Committee elected officers. Additionally, dues paying members are subject to voting eligibility guidelines in Article 8 of the CCDCC BYLAWS. Voting privileges begin forty-five days after becoming a member.
