Make a monthly contribution to sustain our work! CCED is an intergenerational, multiethnic, grassroots community organization based in Los Angeles Chinatown that seeks to empower and organize with the largely working class community. We are an all-volunteer member-funded organization and we rely on community support to sustain our organizing against gentrification and displacement.
A monthly contribution ensures that we remain financially independent and are able to organize our multilingual base.
- A $10 monthly donation would allow us to prepare materials for our tenant and small business outreach days.
- A $50 monthly donation allows us to buy necessary items to support our unhoused members at our weekly Power Up.
- A $100 monthly donation covers interpretation for our All Chinatown Tenant Union meetings to ensure that monolingual tenant leaders can organize and communicate across language barriers.
As part of our Sustainer’s Circle, you will receive a coveted CCED merch item annually. Please select the option when filling out your donation.
