Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions to Cannabis Action PAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Cannabis Action PAC may accept $7,800 from a single donor per calendar year. Contributions by foreign nationals are prohibited. State law requires Cannabis Action PAC to disclose the occupation and employer of donors of $100 or more.
