A donation of $27 will pay for the expense of one student to attend the College Democrats of Oregon Convention. The annual CDO convention brings leaders from across the state together to train them for the year ahead and elect new officers. This year we'll hear from Oregon elected officials, progressive coalition partners, and political leaders.
Who are the College Democrats of Oregon?
We create spaces on college campuses for students to have an open and safe discussion about politics, while giving them the tools to be effective change-makers in their communities.
Uniquely working on college campuses, where few political organizations can go, we organize across the state of Oregon--from Portland to east of the Cascades, in small rural communities and in Oregon’s largest cities. Our college chapters are on the frontlines of political dialogue on their campuses: they bring elected officials to their campuses, they train the next generation of progressive organizers, and they educate voters from inside their own communities. Our members are leaders on their campuses and they create spaces where students can engage with government directly.
