The 56% of Bellingham residents who are renters and the more than 25% of Bellingham workers who earn the minimum wage need progress now.

Your support this year has already paid off in big wins. People like you made it possible to gather more than 13,500 signatures, register over 1,000 voters, and mobilize hundreds to pressure the City Council to boldly address the cost-of-living crisis.

We probably will never raise as much money as our opposition. Two years ago, progressive local initiatives were outspent ten to one by big lobbyist PACs. 

But we don’t need to match them to win. People like you—retirees, high school students, busy parents, and full-time workers—are stepping up by the day to help knock doors, call neighbors, and register voters. 

We just need to raise enough money to fund a robust community-driven campaign. Then we’ll win.
